⚠ Browser Storage Health
This browser's local storage for this site can fill up over time — especially from photos stored directly in it (profile images, listing photos, post images). When it's full, saves can silently fail, including sending chat messages. Supabase always has the real, permanent copy of everything — clearing this local cache never loses real data, it just means the next load re-fetches from the database instead of a local shortcut.

Payload Audit & Image Cleanup
JSONBin free tier limit is 100 KB. Base64 images embedded in posts or profiles inflate the payload significantly. Use the cleanup tool to remove embedded images and reduce payload size.

Controls whether direct messaging is available platform-wide. Individual members can also set their own preference.

Permanent append-only log of every referral event. Survives data syncs and overwrites. Stored in JSONBin backup so it is never lost.
📝 Manually Credit a Referral
For referrals that happened outside the tracked signup flow — before the system existed, wrong link used, added manually, etc. This sets the record straight and Recalculate will then pick it up correctly.

Admin Tab Permissions
Check or uncheck which admin tabs each role can access. Super Admin always has full access, everywhere, permanently — that's not editable, on purpose.
🏢 HomeTown HQ Access
Who can open the HQ tab and read the Operations Manual. Admins always have access. Add specific people here to grant access without giving them an admin password — check "Can Edit" only for people who should be able to change the manual itself.
Membership Registration
When paused, new members cannot sign up. Existing members can still log in, post, and use all features. Use this to control growth, prepare for a launch, or temporarily close registration.
